Gia Maria Corangie, the "Godmother of Drag" is a seasoned drag professional with 40 years in the drag business.  Starting her incredibly dynamic career at the Foot Light Theatre in Orlando, Florida she is now the mother of the House of Corangie with a fierce and dynamic family of drag queens and kings.

After spending some time in Ottawa and establishing herself as a prominent member of the LGBTQIA2S Canadian drag community, Gia returned home to Thunder Bay to further foster her drag children and grandchildren.  In 2012, Gia created the illustrious Pink Mafia Productions, hosting shows featuring highly talented local performers and hosting many of the famous queens of Rupaul's Drag Race.
